In this course, I have partnered with Wellness Expert and colleague, Ellen Fallon, to provide a weight and health management method that has been helpful to many. We go beyond a “succeed or fail” mindset to a third way: doing “Just One Thing” every day.

In two, 45 minute Zoom sessions, we have “packaged” a key skill set: setting up your different environments to support your weight and health goals. Ellen and I coach participating families and individuals in the how-to’s of maintaining a “clean” environment. In between sessions, we support you in maintaining a “can do” attitude and personal practices that impact weight and health, immediately. Most importantly, you can truly realize how all choices really do add up and count toward your individual lifestyle goal. What you can do now, becomes clear.

We are committed to providing an experience where you alter at your own pace,  your role in preventing diet related, premature illness and that doing “Just One Thing” can change not only weight, but also prevents disease before there is irreversible damage.
